How to join the LUVEX Partner Program

Short version

There are two paths into the LUVEX Partner Program, depending on what you want:

  • You make UV lamps or UV measurement devices → Basic Partner subscription (€99/month or €990/year with 17% discount). Includes marketplace listings, shop on luvex.tech, lead inbox, RFQ tools, self-service editor, and 1 app-slot in our Simulex engineering tool. Additional app-slots €49/item/month.

  • You are a service provider, system integrator, or research/holding/press organisation → Free Member tier. Included Lead-Inbox, RFQ tools, self-service editor, appearance in customer project groups. No marketplace, no app-slot (those are reserved for paid Basic Partners — the engineering-tool value is different).

Are you a substrate, coatings, or replacement-lamp manufacturer?

You currently join as Free Member while we finalise how those items integrate with the engineering tools. Once that is clear we add fair tiered pricing — likely lower than the UV-lamp tier because the engineering-tool visibility differs in value.

How to actually sign up (3 steps)

  1. Find your company in our directory — /manufacturers. If we already have you listed, click "Claim this profile" on your page. If we do not have you listed, go to /partners/register and register a new company.

  2. Create your LUVEX user account — needed once per person, not per company. Email + password or Google sign-in.

  3. Complete the company-profile wizard — partner-category, website, country, tagline, description. For Basic Partner tier this triggers a 30-day trial; you connect your payment method but are not charged for the first 30 days. For Free Member tier this just creates your member listing — no payment, no trial.

What happens next

After registration we send your application through a manual quality-review (typically 1-3 business days). Same review-quality for paid and free — subscription tier never accelerates this. Once approved you can:

  • Edit your company profile and add product listings (lamps / substrates / measurement devices / protective equipment).
  • Activate app-slots for individual products to make them visible in our Simulex / T2C / T3 engineering tools (T1 Paid Partners only). Each slot is reviewed for app-family fit by a LUVEX expert.
  • Receive customer inquiries in your LUVEX dashboard inbox.

Independence promise

LUVEX runs as a vendor-neutral platform. Our directory sort is quality-data only — paying us does not move you up the listing order. Paid features are explicit (marketplace, app-slot visibility) and clearly labelled. Read the full business-model breakdown at /how-luvex-works.

  • What about VAT? Stripe Tax handles per-country VAT automatically.
  • Can I cancel? Yes, anytime. Your free directory listing stays; marketplace and app-slots pause until you reactivate. 14-day grace period if your subscription lapses for payment reasons.
  • What about commission on sales? None. We charge subscription only — no cut of your deals, no hidden fees.
  • Can I switch tiers? From Free Member to Basic Partner anytime via the dashboard. From Basic Partner downgrade with proration credit.
